£400 per day or £200 for 1/2 day

• Undertaking the role of SENCo in a small school or supporting an existing SENCo in school.
• Support with EHCP reviews.

• Action plans for expression of concerns and next steps following the graduated response.
• Measuring impact on interventions and provision.
• Provision mapping and costing of provision.
• Putting into place the graduated response and streamlining current procedures for staff to follow.
• Supporting new to role SENCO.
• SEN audit and action planning.
• Cover for a SENCO who is off long term.
• Supporting a SENCO in current position.
• Governor report preparation and support.
• Using and implementing the pupil overview of provision (POP)
